AV companies and congress organisers book us as the live-video specialists within an existing team. The interfaces are simple: we take your audio and presentation feed, we deliver the finished programme in 1080p50 via 3G-SDI or NDI — and afterwards, the complete footage.
We arrive and rig the day before: cameras, control desk, signal paths, rehearsal with your AV team. On show day, everything is ready.
Remote-controlled cameras, cut in real time — speaker, wide shot, audience, slides. The live feed goes to LED wall, screen, stream and, on request, the venue’s house video system.
Hi-res programme plus ISO recording: every camera separately — for re-edits, session libraries and social clips. If your sessions need twenty tracks, we record twenty.
De-rig right after the event. You receive the complete footage, clearly structured — edited on request.
Four cameras or twelve, one hall or ten: we scale kit and crew to your programme — resource-efficient, with our own equipment pool and a partner network for peaks. For over 24 years we were responsible for live pictures on Austrian television — news, sports, weather and shows at ATV and Puls 4. When the show is on air, there is no „almost ready“. We bring that mindset to your congress.
Most of our congresses are produced as subcontractors, under the flag of agencies and AV companies. That is why you will not find client names here — discretion is part of the product. What we can say: halls with 1,000+ attendees, hybrid formats, panorama projections with up to 12 projectors in blend and stack configurations. Reference calls arranged on request.
You own the congress, we deliver the live-video package — cameras, direction, recording. We work under your flag, communicate only with your team and stay invisible to your client. Clean interfaces: audio and presentation from you, programme in 1080p50 (SDI/NDI) from us.

It depends on the number of cameras, duration and scope — stream, recording, prompter, hall size. We do not quote flat rates; instead, you briefly describe your project, we tell you honestly what it needs, and you receive an individual fixed-price quote with no surprises.
Yes — that is our most common set-up. We dock on as the live-video specialists: your AV team provides house audio and the presentation feed, we deliver the finished live picture in 1080p50 (SDI/NDI) for LED wall, screen and stream. Fully white-label if you wish.
Remote-controlled cameras are operated from the control desk and cut live by one director. That reduces cost and people in the hall while still delivering smooth moves, zooms and changing angles — and if your programme grows, cameras and control simply grow with it.
With ISO recording, every camera is recorded separately, in parallel with the programme feed — as many tracks as your programme needs. After the congress you can re-edit any session, produce social media clips or build an on-demand library without being locked to the live cut.
We stream to YouTube, Vimeo, Microsoft Teams/Townhall, Wowza and your own CDN — including internal networks and platforms with GDPR and access-control requirements. Hybrid formats with remote speakers are standard.
For every engagement, a backup operator from our Vienna partner network is on stand-by. Equipment, signal paths and show documentation are standardised so the takeover is seamless — your congress never depends on a single person.
Enquiries are always worth it, even at short notice. For the main congress seasons in spring and autumn we recommend booking several weeks ahead to secure your date and the day-before set-up.
